Another PlayStation Exclusive Is Going to Get a PC Port

‘Ghost of Tsushima’ originally launched as a PlayStation 4 exclusive in 2020, garnered praise for its breathtaking open world, immersive combat, and enthralling storyline set against the backdrop of feudal Japan.

As reported by Game Rant on Sunday, a potential PC port for Sucker Punch’s ‘Ghost of Tsushima’ game may soon be announced, according to a “reliable industry insider”. This news is likely to excite gaming enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the game’s release on PC.

For those unfamiliar, ‘Ghost of Tsushima’ made its debut as a PlayStation 4 exclusive in 2020. The game was lauded for its visually stunning open world, engaging combat mechanics, and a captivating narrative set in Japan’s feudal era.

Following the game’s success, an updated PS5 port was released in 2021. This version offered enhanced gameplay with the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback and introduced a gripping new story campaign. In this campaign, the protagonist, Jin Sakai, confronts a menacing Mongolian cult on Iki Island.

Speculation about a PC port began circulating in 2021, initially sparked by a leak from Nvidia GeForce Now, which listed former PlayStation exclusives slated for PC release. More recently, ‘Ghost of Tsushima’ was included in a rumored 2024 list of Sony first-party games for PC release.
